Dr.Explain is an excellent tool to document screenshots for any software to create manuals and documents.
Dr.Explain detects the controls in the window, and shows a schematic with numbers and arrows pointing to each of them.
Each control comes with a short description that you can modify to add your own comments.
If Dr.Explain can't detect a control, you can always add the notation manually.
Dr.Explain creates a project in the form of a tree diagram with all the screenshots for the program.
It supports the following output formats: RTF, CHM, and HTML. You can freely browse the entire page to check the meaning of any of the controls.
